Ingredients

  • 1 cup (227 g) nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup (110 g) berries
  • 1/2 banana, sliced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon

How to make it

  1. Prep everythingRinse the 3/4 cup (110 g) berries and pat them dry. Slice the 1/2 banana into 1/4-inch (6 mm) rounds. Measure out the 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tsp honey.
  2. Season the yogurtSpoon the 1 cup (227 g) Greek yogurt into a bowl. Stir in a pinch of cinnamon until there are no streaks left.
  3. Add the fruitScatter the berries and banana slices over the top of the yogurt.
  4. Warm the peanut butterPut the peanut butter in a small microwave-safe dish and heat on high for 10 seconds. Stir it; it should be loose and pourable. If not, give it 5 more seconds.
  5. Drizzle and serveDrizzle the warm peanut butter over the bowl, then finish with the honey. Eat it right away while the yogurt is cold.
Chef's tipStir natural peanut butter well before warming it, or you will drizzle mostly oil. Ten seconds in the microwave is all it needs.
